Estimated 10 CFM wet venturi scrubbing system suitable for acidic products. Skid mount system featuring on board Explosion Proof controls, and a Magnetic drive recirculation pump. Skid contains the following equipment: One-20 Gallon, glass lined, vertical, clamp top tank fitted with a venturi nozzle. Manufactured by Ceramic Coatings, serial # 6-39887, NB # 1425, rated for 150 psi at 450 degrees F. One- Iwaki mag drive pump model # MX-401, size 1.5" x 1.5", rated for 25 GPM at 50 ft./hd.,with a 3.66" diameter impeller, and direct driven by a Baldor 1 hp motor rated for 3450 rpm. Pump and vessel include all piping and valves to complete system. On board controls and instrumentation include level indication, flow and suction pressure. Controls rated for Class I, Group C & D, Class II, Groups E,F & G.
