4-station small media sandmill system, that provides continuous wet milling for aqueous and solvent slurries of all viscosities The system consists of (4) closed head, 7" dia x 17" long sandmills mounted on common base. (2) mills have CS bodies w/304SS discs, (1) mill has 304SS body and 304SS discs, (1) mill has 304SS body w/teflon discs. Each mill chamber has a water jacket designed to carry heat away so product doesn't over heat. Specs include: gross volume (gal) 5.5, 35-75 gallons per hour. Media load based on: 1.5 mm glass=40 lbs., 1.0 mm steel=80 lbs.
