- Mode of heating is by natural gas. The flash drying system consists of the following main components:
- One 316 SS feed hopper, with a 304 SS contact air heating section.
- One FD blower, 3304 SS, rated for 14,500 m3/hr., with a direct fired Maxon burner.
- A Swirling air disperser, 2000 mm overall, manufactured from 304 SS,
- One exhaust air section.
- Complete with piping, interconnections, and controls.
- CIP Tank and pump, pump is a Grundfos, serial 0001, Model A96545627P21924, type CRI20-3 A-FGJ-A-V-HOOV. 5.5 kW, 60 Hz, 3526 Rpm63.3 m3 head(max), 16 bar/90 Degrees C. CCW rotation. CE certified.
