Both jacket and agitator rated for 165 psi at 425 degrees F. Indirect heat, by saturated steam heat; rotary joints on shafts with quick disconnects and zero speed switch on end of shaft. Shaft seals are Meco Systems self-aligning externally adjstable, fully split elastomer seal, with purge port. With a 316LSS dome type covered trough rated for 5 psi pressure. With a chain and sprocket drive, SEW Sanasaio Parallel shaft speed reducer and a 75 HP Reliance motor. Motor data, ID # OIMAN 79345 G001 BC Frame 365 T, rated for 1780 rpm, Volts 230/460 amps 172/86 3 ph, Hz 60. Shaft speed approximately 12 RPM.
