• DISHO Vacuum Mixing Dispersing and Homogenizing Unit. Vessel manufactured by Hebold, rated FV/36 psi at 356 degrees F internal; with a 24" cone bottom. It has a flanged and bolted dish top head. Vessel openings include: Top -14" manway with hinged cover, (3) 4"; (3) 1".
• Fully insulated with SS shroud over insulation. Mounted on legs with Top mounted double motion agitator with wide sweep with perforated pitched blades and side wall scrapers, and center shaft with perforated pitched blades that intermesh with counter rotating wide sweep agitator blades.
• 3/60/230/460 volt motor Vessel discharges into a horizontal DISHO homogenizing mill, multi chamber, driven by a 51 KW 3/60/230/460 volt motor. Complete skid mounted system with approx. 5 HP water seal vacuum pump, controls and stainless steel enclosure for pump and mill drive.
