National Board number 5118. Tubes, tube sheets and heads made of 304LSS; Shell carbon steel. Shell 10" diameter x 4'10" long. With Graham 316 stainless steel two stage liquid ring vacuum pump model 2V5212 ( rated for 199 cfm) ,mechanical seal on shaft, driven by 15/10 HP 3/60/230/460V, 1760 RPM EX Marathon motor.
With vertical 225 gallon separator tank. Gas contact area's are stainless steel. Also includes a PK Heating /cooling system (250 degrees F at 30 psi), electric immersion with two Chromalux Immersion elements, Model # TM-126015, 60 Kw, 3 ph, 480 volt., Durco Mark II centrifugal pump 1.5 x 1 x 6/50 driven by a 1 hp electric motor, and a 30 gallon expansion tank.
