Sterling Having 3-zone electrically heated water cooled non-vented Xaloy 306 lined barrel. Barrel water cooling system utilizes cast aluminum heaters in a closed loop system including reservoir pump and heat exchanger Extruder barrel has (3) int pressure readout devices installed and discharge end terminates w/split clamp assembly Extruder feed section is jkt w/round on center feed opening and has int flow surfaces nickel plated DC motor connected to reducer via belts and pulleys for an approx max screw speed of 100 rpm Extruder presently caster mtd for mobility at a56" centerline height. Temp control panel is free standing and has Eurotherm EM-1 control system for (3) barrel, (1) gate and (3) accessory zones. Extruder supplied w/total of (2) Duranickel fabricated screws. Electricals: 3/60/230 volt.
