Unit has a 5" sanitary, pneumatic flush valve on side bottom of bowl for discharge. Sanitary polished finish on both internals and exterior. Unit has a high intensity mixing blade in bottom of the bowl and a high speed chopper through side wall. Air purge seals on chopper. Electric connections are plug in, air line is a quick coupling.
